Authors of the ebook

Hi, my name is Adrian, and I have been working in software development for almost 10 years. My current core stack is React, TypeScript, and Node.js, but I have also worked with many other technologies (not only frontend). Throughout my career, I have contributed to several large-scale projects and and high‑traffic web applications in production. Also I’m big enthusiast of crafting clear, engaging technical docs and finding creative ways to share knowledge. Outside of tech, my biggest passions are music and football.

Hello, I’m Piotrek. I have been working as a Frontend Developer for over 10 years, but I didn’t spend all that time glued to a monitor. For several years, I had the opportunity to implement software systems for factories around the world, which involved extensive travel. My technology stack is primarily based on the React and Angular frameworks, but I also have significant experience with the lesser-known TCL language. In my work, I place great emphasis on precision in implementing user interfaces, as well as on building modular and efficient applications.

  • Recently, two of our engineers, Piotr and Adrian, had the opportunity to prepare something we call a cookbook.

It’s essentially a well-structured recipe for how to build a micro-frontend from scratch - including the advantages, disadvantages, and key considerations to keep in mind when preparing to either rewrite an existing solution or start fresh.
