Its main purpose is to provide a unified, reliable source of information about all owned vehicles and other land transportation equipment. This enables optimal fleet utilization and ensures high data quality. Moreover, the application facilitates the gradual phasing out of other outdated local fleet management systems, leading to reduced software maintenance costs.

Optimizing Logistics Through Digital Innovation
The Digital Logistics Platform is designed to streamline logistics operations, reducing manual effort while maximizing financial benefits for dispatchers, branches, and carriers. The platform empowers dispatchers to create profitable trips, seamlessly trade them across internal and external channels, and efficiently monitor execution by carriers.
Fully integrated with transport management systems, the platform allows dispatchers to manage shipments effortlessly. Dispatchers can quickly transfer trips or orders from the planning system, with automatic redirection and login via the deeplink feature, ensuring a smooth user experience.
Users can publish their load offers through multiple channels, including Freight Exchanges for broader market reach, Trusted Carrier Marketplace for preferred partnerships, or Internal Freight Board for optimized in-house capacity utilization. By leveraging automation and smart integrations, the Digital Logistics Platform enhances efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and transparency in logistics management.

Enhancing Efficiency through Standardized Telemetry Data Management
The real-time telemetry management solution was launched to address the growing challenges of handling vast amounts of telemetry data in increasingly connected environments. The system demonstrated its ability to efficiently process critical data points such as GPS coordinates, temperature, and humidity.
A key challenge in the integration phase was incorporating multiple carrier data sources while ensuring scalability, resilience, and high performance. The organization standardized data intake processes to streamline operations, enabling seamless accessibility across all departments. This transformation significantly improved tracking and transport order management, unlocking new levels of efficiency and innovation.
Deploying this robust solution enhanced operational visibility, empowered datadriven decision-making, and optimized logistics. Service reliability improved, setting a new benchmark for performance and operational excellence.

Optimizing Logistics and Transport Planning with Smart Mapping Solutions
The goal of the project is to create a comprehensive solution to support logistics processes, including transport planning and the management of key points along routes, such as terminals, airports, and ports.
We are developing services that enable real-time recalculation of parcel delivery times, identification of key points and areas on maps, visualization of delivery routes, and estimation of delivery times. Additionally, we offer functionalities for updating routes.
We also provide tools for managing ferry cargo transport reservations, significantly simplifying the work of dispatchers. With a unified API, users can check schedules and manage bookings across multiple operators.

Modernization of Logistic Order Management Platform
We are working on the comprehensive modernization of the logistic order management platform, which handles sea, land, and air transport. This includes integrating new parcel services, enhancing warehouse space management, automating address-matching mechanisms, and enabling the scheduling of pickup and delivery for shipments.
Through to the completed projects, we have helped our client to nearly triple the number of logistic orders processed over the past four years. In 2020, the average monthly number of orders was around 600,000, whereas in 2024, it rose to approximately 1.77 million per month.

Calculating cost and fees for any shipment in the logistics sector
Our goal is to build new and maintain existing systems that calculate shipment costs and enable internal settlements between client’s entities. We have worked on applications that are used, among other things, to manage data, calculate the cost of both individual shipments and sets thereof, support tariff creation and enable cost settlements between client’s business units. RMS applications are integrated in the client’s Cloud Platform and the main shipment management system and other client’s services.
The costing systems are used by many users and are integrated with the services of other client teams, so the main focus of our team is their scalability, reliability and performance.

Project aiming to automatize supporting giving credit scores for business clients

Main task of the system is storage, modification, management and export of subject’s data that create the organization. Main and the most important type of data in this system is the hierarchy of subject’s structure.

Implementation of the Adobe Experience Manager to an existent CMS system
The aim of the project is digital transformation by implementing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) in a CMS (Content Management System). Adobe Experience Manager is a platform for creating, managing, publishing and optimizing digital content on different channels, such as websites, mobile apps, marketing emails etc.
